Log in met een account dat in Microsoft Entra Global Administrator of Cloud Application Administrator is, en keur AppPlatform goed voor uw organisatie:
Hiermee mag AppPlatform namens uw gebruikers Business Central aanroepen en de basisgegevens van gebruikers (naam) lezen voor het beheerscherm. AppPlatform slaat geen namen of e-mailadressen op.
Na het goedkeuren activeert Boltrics uw organisatie. Tot die tijd ziet een gebruiker de melding dat de organisatie nog niet geactiveerd is.
In Entra → Enterprise applications → Boltrics AppPlatform SSO → Users and groups wijst u de rol Admin toe aan medewerkers die in AppPlatform de toegang mogen beheren. De rol User is optioneel: een gebruiker zonder rol is automatisch een gewone gebruiker.
Let op: standaard hebben alle leden én gasten van uw organisatie toegang tot alle omgevingen. Beperken kan in AppPlatform (per omgeving en per company) of in Entra met Assignment required.
Wilt u in AppPlatform Entra-groepen op naam kunnen zoeken in plaats van hun object-ID te plakken? Keur dan ook deze extra leesrechten goed:
AppPlatform kan met uw eigen Conditional Access-beleid worden beveiligd (MFA, locatie, apparaat). Sluit AppPlatform niet uit van uw beleid.
Gebruikers openen AppPlatform via de link die zij van hun beheerder krijgen, bijvoorbeeld
https://appplatform.boltrics.com/?environment=<omgeving>&company=<company>,
en loggen in met hun eigen Microsoft-account.
Alleen nodig als Boltrics daarom vraagt.
Welcome to AppPlatform. This page describes step by step what your organisation needs to do to use AppPlatform. (Draft text: final wording to follow.)
Sign in with an account that is Global Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator in Microsoft Entra, and approve AppPlatform for your organisation:
This allows AppPlatform to call Business Central on behalf of your users and to read basic user information (name) for the administration screen. AppPlatform does not store names or e-mail addresses.
After approval Boltrics activates your organisation. Until then users see a message that the organisation has not been activated yet.
In Entra → Enterprise applications → Boltrics AppPlatform SSO → Users and groups, assign the Admin role to employees who may manage access in AppPlatform. The User role is optional: a user without a role is automatically a regular user.
Note: by default all members and guests of your organisation have access to all environments. You can restrict this in AppPlatform (per environment and per company) or in Entra with Assignment required.
Want to search Entra groups by name in AppPlatform instead of pasting their object ID? Then also approve these additional read permissions:
AppPlatform can be protected by your own Conditional Access policies (MFA, location, device). Do not exclude AppPlatform from your policies.
Users open AppPlatform through the link provided by their administrator, for example

and sign in with their own Microsoft account.
Only needed when Boltrics asks for it.
